Enable IBM Aspera Connect Plugin

If you receive a package from an employee of Dutch Tax and Customs Administration for which you need IBM Aspera Connect, you will need to enable the IBM Aspera Connect plugin and install IBM Aspera Connect. This page describes how to perform this action (the different browsertypes may show a different layout).

Warning!

You can only enable the plugin if you already have a up- or download invite from an employee of Dutch Tax and Customs Administration.

Open the link in the up- or download invite.
Click in the top right corner on the lightning icon
Make sure the button with the text "Force Http Gateway" is set to off (greyed out).
With this selector greyed out you force the use of the IBM Aspera Connect client.
If IBM Aspera Connect has not been installed, follow the instruction described on page "Installation IBM Aspera Connect".
